Description
Amarone della Valpolicella is one of Italy's most famous wine regions, and is known for using the appassimento method of partially dring grapes to increase concentration and sugars. The resulting wine is light in colour but rich in body and flavour. Corvina is main grape of this blend and known for its flavors of cherries and chocolate.
